About Me

Dr. Oksana Silva

PT, DPT, MTC, OCS, TPS, PCES, Cert DN, Cert MDT

Being a women is hard, and being a mother is very hard. One of Dr. Silva's passions is getting women back to where they want to be. Things don't end when we have a baby. Women don’t need to be afraid to travel or go out in public due to fear of an unexpected accident. Mamas shouldn’t feel afraid to get back to exercising for fear of things “falling out”, and athletes need to see their potential without fear holding them back. What’s common isn’t necessarily normal and every Mama, Woman, and Person has a voice.
